Case Study - Harness Web3 for improved brand loyalty.

Overview

Europa was in need of a new team to continue building their product. They were looking for a partner who could help them build a product that would be easy to use and would allow them to scale their business.

After a few meetings, we decided to work together. I was responsible for building the frontend of the application, as well as the infrastructure and deployment process, all done through vercel with Next.js.

From the start, I started by replacing the boilerplate heavy Redux code with a more modern approach using React Query and Zustand. This allowed us to have a more performant application, with less code, and a better developer experience for anyone who would join the team in the future.

I also improved upon their initial efforts on a design system using MUI, which allowed us to have a more consistent design across the application, and a more accessible one as well.

By the time I left the project, it was in a much better state than when I started, onboarding clients was fast and easy, and many new features where added in, such as Token Gated IRL Access, built especially for E11EVEN Miami club, Asset-backed token and Digital-only token worflow, and the whole redemption flow for physical items.
